Our one-hour classes combine the best of several forms of physical training. Stretching and calisthenics improve flexibility and balance.Kicking drills will increase endurance, and curriculum requirements will improve strength and muscle tone.

Unarmed Combat Style for self-defense, involves skillfully applying techniques that include punching, jumping, kicking, dodges and action with hands and feet to evade and  physical assault.

Students will learn different technique for protecting themselves in dangerous situations. All students and instructors will only be able to practice with individuals of the same gender.

Our two hours classes consist of cardio , strength, conditioning and Olympic style sparring techniques. We follow the Ontario Taekwondo event calendar and attend every tournament and training camp that is offered. We are the only Martial arts club to do so.

Taekwondo sparring is used to teach students how to deal with a live and moving human opponent in a controlled environment with protective sparring gear ( i.e. helmet, chest protector, mouth guard, arm, chin and foot guards) and a referee.

Poomsae Class focuses only on a series of attack and defence forms,which are heavily used in Taekwondo belt ranks testing.
